What happens if something goes wrong after installation?
If you notice anything unusual — changes in taste, pressure, noise, or performance — just give us a call. We stand behind our work and offer ongoing support through our service programs. For businesses, many issues are covered under Commercial Rentals & Maintenance and customized service plans.
Can you work on systems installed by someone else?
In many cases, yes. We can test your water, inspect your existing equipment, and give honest recommendations: keep and maintain, adjust/upgrade, or replace if it no longer makes sense to repair. If you’re not sure what you have, we can usually identify it during a service visit.
How much maintenance do these systems need?
It depends on the system, but most equipment needs periodic filter changes, softener salt, and occasional tune-ups. We can handle all of that through Maintenance & Support, Filter Replacements & Upgrades, and Salt & Chemical Delivery, so you don’t have to track dates or haul heavy bags.
Will installation make a mess or damage my home?
We treat your home or business with care. Our goal is to leave spaces as clean as we found them, with neat plumbing, tidy equipment placement, and minimal disruption. We’ll let you know in advance if any special access or prep is needed.
How long does installation usually take?
Most residential installations are done in a single day. More complex setups — such as combined softening + filtration systems, well treatment configurations — may take longer or be staged. For commercial projects, timing depends on system size and complexity. We’ll cover all of this in your proposal so there are no surprises.
