Great service and quality work. Stayed informed and checked with me the Next day to insure everything was good. Can’t get better than that.

I can’t say enough about the amazing experience I had with one of your employees- Kaden. He came to check my water softener. He discovered a leak from the brine line. He informed me and went to work fixing the line, confirmed the repair had been successful, then added the salt. He was courteous, professional, and knew what he was doing, all of which are rare these days. Thank you for the great service! The men and women in the field are reflective of the business they work for-EcoWater Systems is to be trusted and commended as exampled by Kaden.

So happy that we chose Ecowater for our water softener and RO system. Staff members were great to work with and a big shout out to Tevin who installed the systems. He was very knowledgeable and politely explained how things worked. He was professional and respectful of our home, cleaned up after his work which is such a rarity these days. We are definitely recommending Ecowater to others. Thank you to all the Ecowater Staff!

Excellent and timely service. When my old water softener failed, EcoWater stepped in and provided a new, modern replacement at a competitive price. Their representative, Josh, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. His work quality and ability to answer technical and maintenance questions were both excellent. Because of his excellent service, I hesitate to add that to help him in the future, he should upgrade his personal appearance, which was substandard. He should shave and get rid of the nose ring!

Josh and Caden were punctual, super friendly and very knowledgeable about the installation process and all of the products! We will be recommending them to everyone we know! Thanks Josh!

Just installed our water softener, and Josh did an amazing job. Thoroughly went over everything that needed to be done to keep the water softener running in tip-top shape. Left my garage cleaner than before and made all the water connections super easy and accessible. In Jacksonville Beach, we have such hard water, and I am looking forward to using it. Great customer service with Rob, who sold us the water softener.

Highly recommend Ecowater Systems and Tevin who did my install. Competent and professional, he cleaned up thoroughly after the job and did not leave one drop of water anywhere. My new system is working perfectly! And every line under my kitchen sink is better organized than it was with my previous system! Thank you, thank you!

EcoWater Systems was awesome to work with. From the initial phone call for a water softner to RO system was painless. The install person was efficient, friendly and very thorough in explaining the new systems. By far the best service.

Exceptional Water, Fewer Headaches: FAQs

1 What’s the best water treatment for Jacksonville homes?

It depends on your water. City water often needs whole-home filtration for taste/odor plus a softener for scale. Well water may also need iron/sulfur treatment. We test first, then match gear to your actual results—no guesswork.

2 Do I need a softener if I’m on city water?

If you see spots on glass, stiff laundry, or crust on fixtures, hardness is likely the culprit. A softener reduces scale so appliances last longer and showers feel better. If your test shows low hardness, we’ll say so.

3 What’s the difference between a whole-house filter and reverse osmosis?

Whole-house filtration improves water at every tap (taste, odor, sediment). Reverse osmosis is a point-of-use system for drinking/cooking—think crisp water at the kitchen sink. Many homes use both: house-wide filter + RO at the sink.

4 How do you treat iron stains or “rotten-egg” smells from wells?

Those issues come from iron and sulfur. We pair the right media/oxidation steps to remove staining and odor, then size the system to your well chemistry so it performs consistently.

5 How long does installation take?

Most home installs are completed in a single day once equipment is on site and location is prepped. Complex well setups or tight spaces can take longer—we’ll give you a clear timeline up front.

6 What maintenance should I expect?

Expect simple checks and periodic media/filter changes based on usage and water quality. If you have a softener, keep salt on hand (or use our delivery). We’ll outline an easy schedule after your test.

7 Is treated water safe for pets, plants, and cooking?

Yes—these systems are designed for everyday living. For sensitive plants or aquariums, we’ll note any special considerations after we review your water test.

8 How does the free water test work?

We collect a sample, run quick onsite checks, and discuss what the numbers mean. If lab work is helpful, we’ll explain options. You get clear next steps—whether you choose equipment now or later.
